Ingredients: 375 g of Italian sausage meat; 250 g of ground beef; 1 onion, finely chopped; 125 mL of red wine; 500 mL of tomato sauce; 1 tbsp. of tomato paste; 2 tbsp. of Italian seasoning mix; 50 mL ofFirebarns Cayenne hot sauce; 12 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained); 12 tbsp. of ricotta cheese; 12 slices of prosciutto; 1 cup of grated Italian cheese blend; Fresh basil to serve; Olive oil for cooking; Salt and pepper to taste

Who doesn't love lasagna? Bring some to your guests or parties without breaking your head thanks to the practical individual format.

A recipe that will please young and old alike at a potluck party.

Made with Italian sausage, ground beef, tomato meat sauce, ricotta cheese and proscuitto, topped with our Cayenne hot sauce!

Ingrédients

375 g of Italian sausage meat
250 g of ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
125 mL of red wine
500 mL of tomato sauce
1 tbsp. of tomato paste
2 tbsp. of Italian seasoning mix
50 mL ofFirebarns Cayenne hot sauce
12 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained)
12 tbsp. of ricotta cheese
12 slices of prosciutto
1 cup of grated Italian cheese blend
Fresh basil to serve
Olive oil for cooking
Salt and pepper to taste

Préparation

In a large saucepan over medium heat, sauté the onion with a drizzle of olive oil for about 5 minutes.
Add the Italian sausage meat and ground beef and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes or until the meat begins to brown.
Deglaze with red wine, add tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian spices and Firebarns Cayenne. Cover and simmer over low heat for 4 hours.
In a non-stick muffin pan, cut the dough and arrange the lasagna dough in the pan, forming a bottom and an edge.
Add 2 tablespoons of meat sauce, add another layer of lasagna dough, a tablespoon of ricotta cheese, a slice of Prosciutto, 2 tablespoons of meat sauce and cover with grated cheese.
Place in oven on broil for about 5 minutes or until cheese is well grilled.
Serve with fresh basil.

Bel équilibre entre le sel du prosciutto, l’épicé de la préparation à la Firebarns Cayenne et la douceur du ricotta. Excellente recette comme toujours.
