ORIGINAL FIREBARNS FRIED PICKLES & CAJUN MAYO

Ingredients:

- 6 large pickles cut lengthwise into 4 pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 500 ml canola oil

Spicy Cajun Mayo:

- 150 ml store-bought mayo
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. Firebarns Original
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

- Using paper towels, blot the pickle wedges well to remove as much water as possible;

- In a ziplock bag, add the pickle wedges and flour, mix well until the pickles are coated with flour;

- In a bowl, mix the eggs and water, then in another bowl, add the Panko breadcrumbs and dry spices;

- Dip the pickles first in the egg mixture and then in the Panko mixture;

- In the deep fryer or in a skillet, preheat the oil to 375 and fry the pickles for about 1 minute on each side
