BBQ BUFFALO BACON BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Buffalo style Brussels sprouts wrapped in bacon brushed with our buttered Cayenne hot sauce and enhanced with our Cajun Mardi Gras seasonings.
The perfect side dish or appetizer for your BBQ parties to serve with your choice of meat.
You can also add some Cayenne hot sauce as a final touch if you prefer a spicier result!
Preheat BBQ or smoker to 425°F.
Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap one half slice on a Brussels sprout and pick with 1 or 2 toothpicks. Repeat this step with all 12 Brussels sprouts.
Place Brussels sprouts on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with Cajun Mardi Gras seasonings.
Place the plate on the center rack of the BBQ or smoker for 25 to 30 minutes of cooking time.
In a saucepan, bring the Cayenne hot sauce and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and brush on the Brussel sprouts 2 to 3 times during cooking.
Increase the temperature of the BBQ at the end of cooking if you like the bacon a little crispier.
