Ingredients:
4 Portobello mushroom heads
-4 hamburger buns
4 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup of microfoam
1/4 cup fried onions
2 tbsp. pickled jalapeños
1/4 cup Firebarns Southwestern Sauce
50 g Firebarns Steak Spice
75 ml of mayonnaise
Preparation:
Brush the mushroom caps on both sides with the southwestern sauce and sprinkle both sides with the steak spices.
On the high intensity BBQ, grill the mushrooms for about 2 minutes on each side.
Grill the buns on the BBQ for 1 minute, spread with mayonnaise, add the microfoam, a slice of Monterey Jack, a Portobello, the fried onions and repeat the steps for thesecond layer. Drizzle with southwestern sauce and close the burger.
Serve with fries or chips.
