BRAISED BEEF BURGER BRIE & CARAMELIZED ONIONS
A decadent burger prepared with a delicious BBQ Steak sauce, sprinkled with our Montreal steak spices, deglazed with red wine and beef broth.
It's also topped with arugula, brie cheese and caramelized onions with beer and maple syrup.

Brush meat with olive oil and sprinkle with Montreal steak spices on both sides.
In a large ovenproof pan, sear the meat on each side and remove from the pan. Deglaze with red wine, add BBQ Steak sauce and beef broth.
Return the beef to the pan, cover and bake at 325°F for 4 hours. Using 2 forks, shred the beef, mix with the sauce and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the onions for a few minutes. Add beer and maple syrup and let caramelize for about 15-20 minutes over medium-low heat.
Toast the brioche buns, brush with steak sauce, add arugula, Brie cheese, caramelized onions and braised beef.
