500g cream cheese, tempered
250g cooked and crumbled bacon
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp Cajun spices
1 tbsp Firebarns bacon
-1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
-1 cup of crushed TEX MEX nut mix
Crackers to serve
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the bacon, half of the green onions, Cajun spices, Firebarns Bacon and Monterey Jack cheese.
Place mixture on plastic wrap and seal well. Shape mixture into a large ball and refrigerate for 2 hours.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped nuts, remaining bacon and remaining green onions. Remove cheese ball from plastic wrap and roll in nut mixture.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
