Ingredients:
-1 L. beef broth
-1 cup of red wine
-1 cup of water
-1/2 cup Firebarns Steak
-3 tbsp. Firebarns Sriracha
-2 finely chopped French shallots
-1 packet of onion soup
-olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
-In a saucepan over medium heat, sweat the shallots with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the Firebarns Steak, mix well and continue cooking for one to two minutes. Add beef broth, red wine, water, Sriracha and onion soup packet. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
-Transfer to fondue pot.
