Ingredients :
Shrimps :
- Wild shrimps 340g
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbspEl Paso tex-mex spices

Guacamole:
- 2 avocados
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
- juice of half a lime
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Tequila limesauce
- 1 tbsp.El Paso Tex-Mex spices
- 1 English cucumber cut into 1 cm slices
- Lime wedge, chopped cilantro and jalapeno slices to serve

Preparation:
In a frying pan over high heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add El Paso Tex-Mex spices and shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes and set aside.

In a bowl, combine avocados, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, Lime Tequila Sauce and El Paso Tex-Mex Spices. Mash well with a fork to make guacamole.

Add a teaspoon of guacamole to a cucumber slice and place a shrimp on top. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
