Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts
2 Kaiser rolls
-1/2 cup Firebarns Honey Mustard
-1 sliced tomato
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crisp
Arugula
Preparation:
Mix the chicken breasts with the Mustard & Honey sauce in a ziplock bag and marinate in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
Cook on the BBQ for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Brush with Honey and Mustard sauce 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
Slice the chicken breasts into 2 cm slices. Spread bread with Honey Mustard sauce and top with arugula, tomato, bacon and grilled chicken.

Ne serait-ce que pour faire différent des fameuses boulettes de steak haché, ce burger en vaut la peine. Le goût moutarde/miel n’est pas exagéré, juste parfait. Très bon et simple.
