- 24 plain chicken wings
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of Cajun Mardi Gras spices
- 1 cup of Firebarns Cayenne hot sauce
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese sauce
- Sprinkle with chives before serving
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil and Cajun Mardi Gras spices. Place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet, add a rack on top and place the chicken wings on the rack. Bake at 425°F for about 45 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine Firebarns Cayenne Hot Sauce, butter and honey. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the wings with the sauce. Return wings to rack and broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese sauce.
